All New Trailers that we sell conform to D.O.T. Laws for use on Florida highways and roads. Any trailer with a G.V.W.R. Of 3000lbs or more (weight of trailer and cargo, boat, etc.) must have brakes on all wheels and a break away system. We are aware there are dealers out there that will sell trailers that do not conform to the law. We believe this practice to be unethical and for the buyer to beware.
